This Foundations for Working With Families Engaged in High Conflict Divorce course was a great training! It is a good reminder of how to work with children who are in these situations and how to keep the focus on the children and how to inform and work with parents in ways that are not bias and are supportive of the client. 

This AAT Competencies and Multicultural Considerations course provides the appropriate framework and competencies to be able to advocate with animals with different populations and backgrounds. I would recommend taking this course if you are going to incorporate any therapy animal in your career. 

Enjoyed the Telemental Health Legal Aspects and Cultural Competence course and information. 

Well presented information on legal matters/issues that impacts practice at all levels. Very informative, I will recommend this Telemental Health Practice and Implications of the Law Across State Lines course course to my colleagues. 

What Happens in Therapy, Stays in Therapy. Unless...: Exploring the Ethics of Confidentiality course was very informative. Cleared up some of the questions I had regarding the legal side of confidentiality and licensure.

TeleMental Health Training Program course was great and convenient program. A little technological hiccups with the some videos, but overall good resource for certification and earning CES.

I completed the entire AAT-I credential program in March of 2023, including the live part on the farm with Dr. Strayer. My canine was six months old when she began working with me. With the support of Dr. Strayer's knowledge and wisdom in person, in these recorded courses, and consultation after completing the course, we established ethically from the beginning. My canine has improved my client outcomes and my own personal mental and physical health. This credential is an excellent resource.

Overall I found this, What Happens in Therapy, Stays in Therapy. Unless...: Exploring the Ethics of Confidentiality course helpful and feel strongly that it has the potential to have widespread benefits. Due to the new requirement for NYS requiring ethics and boundaries; however, it would be helpful to be more descriptive when describing that while it does not earn CE's, it also does not fulfill this new licensure requirement. There are some people that may have some confusion. I took this course to see what it offered and found it helpful and full of quality information. 

I am grateful for this opportunity to learn additional context from the TeleMental Health Training Program to my profession.
