| | | | For clinical supervisors, one of the harder parts of the role is assessing whether a supervisee’s struggle is part of normal development...
...or if the issue calls for more than just another round of feedback.
That’s why we’ve partnered with Amie Bryant, LCSW, CAS, ACS, to bring you an all-new, 90-minute live supervision training that walks supervisors through a practical process for recognizing when a performance concern needs formal intervention, addressing it clearly, and building a structured plan for what happens next.
And there’s no registration fee to attend.
Inside, you'll learn how to distinguish expected developmental struggles from concerns that may require remediation...
...and make clearer decisions about when to intervene, what to address, and how to follow through without losing sight of the supervisory relationship or client care.
