In this role, you’ll build relationships with organizations, identify and apply for grants, make sales calls, and engage with professional organizations to identify current learning needs. Job Summary: Telehealth Certification Institute LLC is seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Professional who is also a behavioral health clinician. This independent contractor role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with other clinicians, building relationships with professional organizations, and supporting the growth of continuing education in the behavioral health field. The Marketing Professional will be responsible for identifying learning needs, creating strategic partnerships, applying for grants, and leading marketing initiatives that align with our mission to empower healthcare professionals with exceptional continuing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with professional organizations and other relevant entities to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Engage with professional organizations to understand the current learning needs of clinicians and incorporate those insights into our offerings.
• Grant Writing and Fundraising:
  • Identify, research, and apply for relevant grants to support our educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling grant proposals.
• Sales and Marketing:
  • Make sales calls and presentations to organizations and potential clients to promote our continuing education programs.
  • Work with affiliates to maximize sales through affiliate marketing programs and ensure they are well-supported.
• Content and Website Management:
  • Regularly review and suggest improvements for our website content to ensure it is up-to-date, engaging, and relevant to our audience.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align marketing strategies with our educational content.
• Event Planning:
  • Create and organize member-only events that are engaging, fun, and foster a sense of community among our clinician members.
  • Develop innovative strategies for member retention and engagement through events and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) - preferred.
• Strong interest and passion for continuing education in the behavioral health field.
• Proven experience in marketing, relationship building, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clinicians and professional organizations.
• Experience in grant writing and applying for funding opportunities is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools for communication and collaboration.
