Supervising clinicians in a virtual environment presents a unique set of challenges—from navigating platform logistics to guiding inexperienced telehealth providers through ethical and clinical dilemmas. Without the right tools, even seasoned supervisors can feel unprepared.
If you’re overseeing counselors in a telemental health setting, this training equips you with the knowledge, structure, and confidence to do it well. Whether you're new to telesupervision or looking to strengthen your practice, this course provides practical insights grounded in developmental supervision theory and real-world experience.
Drs. Sheri Pickover, Allison Arnekrans, and Nicholaus Erber-LaPierre bring decades of combined experience in clinical supervision, counselor education, and telemental health delivery. With backgrounds in academia, clinical practice, and research, these experts offer nuanced guidance to help you become a more effective, confident telesupervisor.
Their approach is clear, collaborative, and grounded in best practices. You'll explore how to adapt traditional supervision strategies to remote environments, while also cultivating strong supervisory relationships and ethical decision-making in the digital space.
