Topics addressed in this training include defining neurodiversity and neurodivergence, distinguishing between individual needs and collective strategies, identifying the risks of masking, and understanding the “double empathy problem.” Supervisors will explore how to foster flexible work environments, create supportive workflows, communicate directly and inclusively, and design physical spaces that accommodate a range of sensory needs.
