⚠️ Pitfalls to Avoid
To ensure your supervisees’ hours are counted toward licensure in Idaho, avoid these errors:
Starting supervision before completing the 15-hour training: Ensure all initial training requirements are met before beginning supervision.
Incomplete or missing documentation: Use official supervision logs and keep detailed records of supervision content and hours.
Not completing the 6-hour renewal CE requirement: Make sure to fulfill the CE requirements for renewal.
Forgetting to apply for the renewal application: Remember to submit your renewal application every 5 years to maintain your supervisor registration.
