Understanding and Developing an Effective Clinical Supervision Relationship

Enroll in the Online Self-Study course and complete it at your own pace.
5.5 CE hours available for behavioral health clinicians upon completion.

Supervision is only as effective as the relationship that supports it. Without trust, clarity, and skillful communication, even well-intended supervision can lead to resistance, rupture, or stagnation.

Whether you’re a seasoned supervisor or just stepping into the role, this course will help you establish and maintain the kind of supervisory relationships that foster safety, growth, and accountability.
