Laws, Ethics and Criteria for ESAs and Service Animals was a good course but Difficult to navigate for certificate after the course

I thought this course, Laws, Ethics and Criteria for ESAs and Service Animals did an excellent job at detailing potential harm for the people and animals involved with an ESA letter from a professional. I appreciated the way the presenters detailed definitions and differences between service animals, therapy animals and ESA animals as well as integrated multiple types of ethics codes to consider. This gave me some detailed descriptions and knowledge that I needed to provide better care to my clients and discernment when I'm asked for this service. 

The Navigating Licensure Supervision Within an Organization course was very engaging and informative.

The Ethics & Risk Management in Telehealth: Standards for Social Work course was every informative 

Laws, Ethics and Criteria for ESAs and Service Animals course was insightful. I thought I would not learn anything new but everything I learned was new, extremely important for clients and teaches the highest training of ethics not only for people but for the care of animals - and trust me, I am not a dog person. I learned that one does not have to be a dog person to respect them, the people who benefit from them and the laws that protect both.
