I thought this course, Laws, Ethics and Criteria for ESAs and Service Animals did an excellent job at detailing potential harm for the people and animals involved with an ESA letter from a professional. I appreciated the way the presenters detailed definitions and differences between service animals, therapy animals and ESA animals as well as integrated multiple types of ethics codes to consider. This gave me some detailed descriptions and knowledge that I needed to provide better care to my clients and discernment when I'm asked for this service.

Laws, Ethics and Criteria for ESAs and Service Animals course was insightful. I thought I would not learn anything new but everything I learned was new, extremely important for clients and teaches the highest training of ethics not only for people but for the care of animals - and trust me, I am not a dog person. I learned that one does not have to be a dog person to respect them, the people who benefit from them and the laws that protect both.

Very informative, really made me think about possible scenarios, particularly in my role as a Counsellor. Ray's TeleMental Health Training was a very informative and eye-opening programme, I believe the Presenter covered all the areas brilliantly. The whole aspect/topics were just great! I found the training programme to be just right for me. I am more confident in the way I would conduct phone and video counselling sessions with clients after this course. I must say that in general the course was awesome and now I will be able to apply the skills I learn in this programme. Wonderful job!
