I highly recommend the Telehealth Certification Institute for providing top quality CE opportunities for your association’s members. The presenters were professional and engaging. They were very thorough and prompt in their responses, making coordinating events with them painless. We had over 70 members register for the TeleMental Health Counseling Essentials training, and we received great reviews. The training was very dynamic, created a lot of engagement, and provided the means for our members to become compliant in the use of technology. I can definitely tell they care about providing the best resources for telemental health and made sure people had resources they would need, even after the training was completed. We hope to have Raymond Barrett back at some point for additional trainings!

We shifted our practices to entirely virtual out of necessity and urgency. I wondered if we are doing this the best that we can in the provision of services to our clients? Do we know what we're supposed to be doing, what we can be doing, what we need to be communicating to our clients?

More than anything, it was helpful to know what we don't know...Ray laid out an enoromous amount of material...It's given us a jumping off point to ask what we want to do next, what kind of policies do we want to craft, how do we all want to improve our individual practices, and our policies as an organization. Ray also offered a lot of resources for what we didn't get or what we have follow up questions for. Now we go back to TCI for another training, or there is an enormous amount of free material on your website for people to access.  Now I know where to go next time I have a question. I didn't even know what the questions were to be asking.
