According to the Utah Administrative Code R156-60c-305a, to supervise an ACMHC, you must:
Hold an active license in good standing as one of the following:
Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
Psychologist
Psychiatrist
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in psychiatric mental health nursing
Be licensed for at least two years prior to providing supervision
