📚 Continuing Education (CE) Requirements

Utah does not impose separate continuing education (CE) requirements specifically for clinical supervisors. As long as you meet the general CE requirements for your counseling license, no additional supervision-specific CE hours are required.

However, completing formal supervision training is strongly recommended to enhance your effectiveness, meet professional standards, and prepare for national credentials such as the Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS).

🎓 How TCI Helps You Meet Utah’s Requirements

While Utah does not mandate separate CE hours specifically for clinical supervisors, completing formal supervision training offers significant professional advantages. It can:

✅ Strengthen your supervision skills and confidence
✅ Prepare you for national credentials like the Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS)
✅ Increase your credibility with supervisees, employers, and licensing boards
