Clinical supervision needs have evolved over the years for both supervisors and supervisees. Join Khara in exploring a modern approach to clinical supervision and mental health leadership, inspired by community mental health and embraced by private practice clinicians dedicated to shaping the next generation of clinicians and mental health leaders. Through this training, supervisors will recognize ethical dilemmas that impact supervision needs in community mental health and private practice settings, while identifying various roles to support supervisees with their client work.
